Due to the situation in Sri Lanka caused by Cyclone Ditwah, we are cancelling this year's event to focus our efforts on support and relief.

Important Announcement

To our guests and fans and the Sri Lankan community in Sweden,

We regret to announce that SweLanka 25' has been cancelled.

In light of the devastation caused by Cyclone Ditwah in Sri Lanka, we feel it is inappropriate to proceed with a celebration. As a community, our priority right now is to stand with our people back home.

We have decided to shift our focus entirely from hosting this event to supporting relief efforts. We are currently coordinating directly with Ceylon Food Truck and utilizing other channels to assist with the situation in Sri Lanka.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes to your New Year's plans, but we believe this is the right course of action given the circumstances.

Ticket Refund Details

Will I get a refund?

Yes. A 100% refund (including booking fees) will be issued to all ticket holders.

Do I need to do anything?

No. Refunds are being processed automatically to the card or payment method used during purchase.

You do not need to email us to request it.

When will I receive the funds?

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
